This page describes the current operating rules for PlugOut Village experiences. It is written for the current product implementation and should be reviewed with final legal counsel before production launch.
Village services
PlugOut Village connects customers with participating experiences, including PlugOut Terra, PlugOut Bakery, PlugOut Express, HideOut Lagos, Hitlab Studio, RedZone and PlugOut Connect. Availability, schedules, catalogue items and participation rules may differ by experience.
PlugOut Express orders
Express catalogue items, prices, availability and add-ons come from the connected live catalogue. The Village API validates the selected product and modifier IDs and calculates the authoritative subtotal and total when an order is created. Client-side displayed totals are estimates until the server accepts the order.
Payment is not treated as settled until the selected payment provider confirms it. A payment redirect or Checkout session may be required. An order may remain unpaid, pending or unavailable if payment configuration or provider confirmation is not available.
Fulfilment and delivery
Express currently supports the shared pickup and delivery flow. Delivery requires a valid address and a configured delivery provider quote. If no provider is configured, delivery cannot be placed and the app will show an unavailable state rather than inventing a fee or delivery estimate.
Changes, cancellation and support
Order status, cancellation, refund and fulfilment decisions are governed by the participating business, the payment provider and applicable law. Contact support promptly through the app or hello@plugoutvillage.com if an order is incorrect, delayed or otherwise needs attention.
Acceptable use
Use the Village and its connected services lawfully, provide accurate account and fulfilment information, protect your sign-in credentials and do not attempt to manipulate prices, payment state, order status or another customer’s data.
